Who can become a member

Membership is open to lawfully registered businesses operating within the Madaripur district. Below are the core requirements and the enterprise classes we admit.

Core requirements

  • A trading license issued by the relevant Union/Pourashava/City Corporation.
  • A valid Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) in the business name.
  • Business operations primarily within the Madaripur district.
  • A nominated representative (owner, partner, or director) authorized to act on behalf of the enterprise.
  • Agreement to abide by the chamber's constitution and code of conduct.

Classes of enterprise we admit

Proprietorship

Sole-proprietor businesses with a current trading license in the owner's name.

Partnership

Firms registered under the Partnership Act with a notarized partnership deed.

Private Limited Company

Companies incorporated under the Companies Act, 1994, with up-to-date RJSC filings.

Public Limited Company

Public companies with current RJSC filings and board-of-directors documentation.
