Annual renewal
Membership runs on a January–December cycle. Renew between January 1 and March 31 each year to keep your member status, voting rights, and certificate issuance uninterrupted.
The renewal window
Members have a 90-day window at the start of each calendar year to pay dues and update their record. Payments received after March 31 incur a late-renewal surcharge, and members more than one year in arrears lapse off the roster.

Your renewal checklist
- Confirm the business trading license is current.
- Update the nominated representative, contact number, and email if anything has changed.
- Settle the current year's membership dues before the renewal window closes.
- Request a renewed member certificate if you need it for bank or regulator filings.
